Founder and CEO

Moises Solis is the founder and brand boss of CreateINterest, specializing in organizational training performance. He is currently the Chairman of the Board for Empresarios Latinos of Houston and a mentor for Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Houston. Moises is coauthor of the innovative book, The SADE Operational Model, and author of the book, Getting on Board the SADE Operational Model. He is a career coach and skill trainer with over 21 years of experience in working for fortune 500 corporations in sales and management.

Throughout Moises’ career, he realized that his greatest impact to organizations is to help guide career minded professionals to build enduring results – the kind that creates increased credibility, influence, and bottom-line results. Moises’ training and coaching career now benefits many individual clients, group associations and businesses. He is frequently sought as a training specialist and productivity coach, of as well as speaker. His uncanny sense of picking up behavioral traits from successful professionals, has benefited many. An entrepreneur and cofounder of CreateINterest, specializing in organizational training performance. Natalia is coauthor of the innovative book, The SADE Operational Model. She is a smart passionate implementer and facilitator of continuous improvement methodologies. Her background in logistics and operation leadership has given her a deep appreciation of the value that engagement and empowerment have on any improvement efforts.

Natalia’s has a unique approach to facilitating continuous improvement that emphasizes setting targets and systematically eliminating the problems to reach great results. At the core of her facilitation style, is the engagement with participants to develop and implement solutions to their problems. Natalia has led many trainings programs that have brought forth positive changes, productivity improvements, lasting employee satisfaction, teamwork, loyalty, trust, and open communication that participants apply in their daily work.

Michael Allen

Vice President of Training Operations

Michael’s expertise is in organizational development and agile methodology help organizations see and understand their potential within and in the marketplace. His past roles include chief executive officer, chief operating officer, senior consultant, and congressional candidate.

Michael Allen has over 15 years of organizational leadership and management experience. His love for people and their development is what drove Michael to join the CreateINterest team. He currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Andrea.

Scott Creger

Scott Creger is a result driven learning and development professional specializing in the delivery of a wide range of employee development training strategies. Scott has more than 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, customer service, and people management with a distinguished track record in the acquisition of new business, account management, and successful client relations.

Scott is a proud member of the Association of Talent Development and an ATD Certified Trainer. Throughout his successful career as a training specialist he has built a reputation for his high energy training facilitation and enhancing employee skill sets and influencing behaviors by identifying learning needs and developing training strategies.

Scott takes pride in being a champion of change and using root cause analysis to identify employee skills gaps while using innovative thinking to apply training materials and adult learning concepts. Scott is most passionate about discovering new opportunities and solutions by looking beyond current practices with a unique perspective and proactively looking for new ways to improve processes to boost employee and organizational performance. CreateINterest shines with Scott’s ability to build long lasting relationships and truly take his role a learning and development professional personal.

Brianna Solis

Training Operations Specialist

Brianna is Training Operations Specialist of Products and Content, responsible for brand content, marketing content and training logistics. Prior to joining CreateINterest, Brianna served as Operational Manager for Wizchimp, the top digital marketing online and advertising agency company.
Brianna has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Houston and proud member of Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship.
